I founded Aletha and Co. out of a need that grew organically from my network. I took on a volunteer position as a Social Media Manager for my alma mater class and it's snowballed into a business.  For years,  I gained valuable experience as a full-time digital marketing recruiter for high-profile brands, but I recently transitioned into entrepreneurship full time over the last couple of years.

 

Like many, the pandemic shifted my thinking and my priorities to focus on what really matters to me.  In addition to God and my family, I place my clients (and their business) at the highest order of importance.  I pride myself on using a combination of meaningful storytelling, close-knit partnership and creativity to ensure success for my clients.
